Denise Park, Chartered Physiotherapist, from Lancashire, England, is delighted to be joining us again this year. Denise came to the Eco
marathon in 2018 and 2019, and many of you will remember her.
Denise started working with mountain runners in 1989 and has an international reputation as a world leading expert in off-road running injuries.
In 2008, she received accreditation from the World Mountain Running Association following her work with numerous world champions, including Anna Strakova and Jonathan Wyatt, and she is still the only physio to have been recognised by the WMRA.
Denise is the physio to the Fell Runner’s Association in the UK and was also the physio to the England Mountain Running Team for over 10 years. She is a regular contributor to The Fellrunner magazine, and has written about mountain running injuries in a world-wide medical textbook.
Denise will be available for assessment and treatment of injuries, plus pre- and post- race massage, from Fri 19th-Sun 21st May.

There will be a charge of 60 lei per massage / treatment.
